About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and presentable Executive Assistant to support senior management in administrative, coordination, and communication activities. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong client-handling abilities, and a proactive approach to daily calling and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
· Make daily outbound calls to clients, prospects, and business contacts for coordination, follow-ups, and scheduling
· Handle incoming calls professionally and route inquiries appropriately
· Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and business discussions
· Attend meetings, prepare minutes (MOM), and track action items
· Follow up regularly with clients and internal teams to ensure timely execution
· Manage email correspondence and maintain communication records
· Handle client interactions and maintain strong professional relationships
· Assist senior management with administrative and operational tasks
· Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents as required
· Maintain confidential records and ensure smooth office coordination
Requirements:
· 2–4 years of experience in client communication, calling, and meeting coordination (mandatory)
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong calling and follow-up skills; comfortable making daily outbound calls
· Presentable personality with professional etiquette
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
