Job Description

What you will be responsible for:

  • Independently manage and optimize the Country Head's calendar, coordinating complex meetings with senior internal and external stakeholders, including clients, regulators, government officials, vendors and professional associations
  • Manage endtoend travel arrangements involving complex, multiparty logistics
  • Assess, priorities and triage matters requiring the Country Head's attention, redirecting items as appropriate
  • Handle highly confidential information relating to company strategy, client matters and employee issues with discretion and sound judgment
  • Prepare, reconcile and submit expense reports accurately and on time
  • Exercise strong judgment in managing deliverables, resolving issues and prioritizing competing initiatives
  • Work in close partnership with EAs across business areas and geographies to ensure consistent and seamless executive support
  • Screen and respond to calls, emails and requests, ensuring appropriate resolution or escalation
  • Review, prioritize and distribute incoming communications and documentation
  • Ensure the Country Head is fully prepared with required reports, updates and materials on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
  • Plan and coordinate events, including catering and booking internal and external venues
  • Lead and coordinate the Indiabased EA team, driving consistent standards, resolving issues and fostering a strong sense of team
  • Train, develop and performancemanage staff

Qualifications

  • 10+ years experience supporting senior executives
  • Strong proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel), with advanced expertise in Outlook
  • Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement through modern, innovative ways of working, processes and tools
  • Exceptional written communication skills, including writing, editing and proofreading
  • Sound judgment and decisionmaking skills, particularly when dealing with ambiguity or incomplete information
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality when researching, analyzing and resolving issues
  • Thrives in a fastpaced, constantly changing environment able to adapt quickly and meet competing deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal and customerservice skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels
  • Highly selfmotivated and accountable, with the ability to work independently and take ownership without close supervision
