Job Description

Role: Executive Assistant to the Dean

Positions: 1

Qualification: Post Graduate

Location: Hyderabad

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior 2-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to senior management in the University/organization.
  • Knowledge of planning and scheduling procedures.
  • Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently, as well as in a team.
  • Pleasant personality with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in handling Zoom/MS Team (all virtual meeting platforms), in the workplace.

Job Description:

  • Organizes and facilitates meetings and special events; schedules and coordinates dates and times, venues, attendance, agendas, and facilities; takes minutes, and provides administrative support and follow-up on matters arising from meetings.
  • Schedules and coordinates dean's appointments and/or travel arrangements, and coordinates and oversees daily office activities.
  • Carries out and coordinates administrative activities associated with academic affairs.
  • Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.
