Preferred Experience:
- Prior 2-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to senior management in the University/organization.
- Knowledge of planning and scheduling procedures.
- Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently, as well as in a team.
- Pleasant personality with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in handling Zoom/MS Team (all virtual meeting platforms), in the workplace.
Job Description:
- Organizes and facilitates meetings and special events; schedules and coordinates dates and times, venues, attendance, agendas, and facilities; takes minutes, and provides administrative support and follow-up on matters arising from meetings.
- Schedules and coordinates dean's appointments and/or travel arrangements, and coordinates and oversees daily office activities.
- Carries out and coordinates administrative activities associated with academic affairs.
- Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.
