Overview
We are seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to serve as the strategic right hand to the Chief Revenue & Strategy Officer (CRSO). This is not a traditional administrative role—it is a high-impact position designed to accelerate executive execution across revenue growth, strategic initiatives, go-to-market operations, and M&A activity. The ideal candidate combines executive support excellence, project management discipline, analytical strength, and exceptional communication skills. This individual will manage the CRSO's operating rhythm, oversee critical workstreams, prepare board-level deliverables, and ensure priorities move from concept to completion with speed and precision.
Responsibilities
- Build board decks, reports, presentations, and executive-ready materials.
- Own and optimize the CRSO's calendar, meetings, travel, and executive communications.
- Manage inbox triage, follow-ups, and correspondence in the executive's voice.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across revenue, strategy, finance, and operations teams.
- Track active projects, milestones, risks, and executive priorities.
- Develop and maintain advanced spreadsheets, KPI dashboards, forecasts, and business models.
Minimum Requirements:
- 7+ years supporting C-suite executives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills including formulas, pivots, dashboards, and modeling.
- Strong PowerPoint / Google Slides presentation development skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proven project management and cross-functional coordination experience.
- High discretion, professionalism, and ownership mindset.
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar BI tools.
- SQL, Python, or automation experience.
- PMP, CAPM, Scrum, or equivalent certification.
- Logistics, transportation, supply chain, SaaS, or PE-backed company experience.
- Bilingual English / Spanish.
