Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to the Managing Director (MD) to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, coordination, and time management skills, with the ability to handle confidential information and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the MD's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
- Coordinate and prepare MIS reports, presentations, and business review documents.
- Serve as the communication bridge between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
- Track key projects, action items, and follow-ups on behalf of the MD.
- Prepare meeting agendas, Minutes of Meeting (MoM), and maintain action trackers.
- Handle confidential business information with the highest level of discretion.
- Support business planning activities and assist with decision-making inputs.
- Coordinate client meetings, proposals, documentation, and other executive requirements.
- Ensure timely execution and follow-up of directives issued by the MD across departments.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role supporting senior leadership.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and preparing MIS reports.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and maintain confidentiality.
- Professional attitude with excellent follow-up and coordination skills.
