We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented and intuitive Executive Assistant to support the Managing Partner. This role requires strong coordination, communication and multitasking abilities, along with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Compensation: INR 75,000 – INR 1,50,000 per month (Negotiable subject to relevant experience and last drawn)
Key Responsibilities:
Executive & Document Management
* Manage correspondence, files, drafts, and documentation
* Take dictations, prepare minutes, briefs and communications
* Maintain organized digital and physical records
Communication & Email Handling
* Monitor and prioritize emails and calls
* Draft professional responses and maintain follow-up trackers
* Coordinate with internal teams, clients and vendors
Client & External Coordination
* Conduct basic research and prepare briefing notes
* Coordinate meetings, documentation, and follow-ups
* Support relationship management initiatives
Social Media Support
* Manage and update professional social media accounts
Cross-Department Coordination
* Act as a central point between departments (HR, Admin, Accounts, BD)
* Track tasks, deadlines, and ensure timely execution
Calendar & Scheduling
* Manage schedules, meetings and appointments
* Coordinate virtual and in-person engagements
* Anticipate conflicts and optimize time
Travel & Logistics Management
* Plan domestic and international travel
* Manage bookings, visas, itineraries and travel logistics
Personal Assistance
* Assist with select personal tasks and coordination
* Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion
Skills & Competencies:
* Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi)
* Strong drafting and organizational abilities
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, intuitive and proactive
* Strong stakeholder management and confidentiality
