About the Role
We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to support the Managing Partner in managing day-to-day business operations, meetings, coordination, and executive tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong follow-up abilities, and the capability to handle confidential information professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Managing Partner's calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel schedules
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, channel partners, and vendors
- Handle emails, calls, and important correspondence on behalf of the Managing Partner
- Prepare reports, presentations, MOMs, and business documents
- Follow up on pending tasks, payments, bookings, and operational activities
- Maintain records, files, and confidential documents systematically
- Assist in business meetings, event coordination, and scheduling
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, CRM, and admin teams when required
- Support in personal and professional task management of the Managing Partner
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office coordination and executive support
Skills Required
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong coordination and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace & Excel
- Professional attitude and presentable personality
- Good follow-up and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure situations
- Prior experience as EA/PA/Admin Executive preferred
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience: 2–5 Years
- Female candidates preferred
- Background in real estate, corporate, or executive support roles is an advantage
- Immediate joiners preferred
