This is an ideal role for a young and dynamic person to learn the industry and the business itself, including Finance, Profitability and customer relationship. A candidate for this position will excel if they can keep their calm in a high pressure environment coordinating with the MD on his daily, weekly and monthly planner. The candidate should have prior experience in handling work schedule, over a min. 3 year period, of a CXO level person. Thus, the candidate should be detail oriented and a creative problem solver.
Executive Support
- Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, travel, and appointments
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Screen calls, emails, and correspondence, responding or redirecting as appropriate
- Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and briefing documents.
Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate meetings, board reviews.
- Track action items and follow up to ensure timely closure
- Draft professional emails, notes, and communications on behalf of the CEO
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times
Administrative & Operational Support
- Organize documents, records, and confidential files
- Support special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned
- Assist with expense reports, approvals, and compliance-related documentation
Stakeholder Management
- Liaise with senior management, board members, clients, and partners
- Support smooth communication across departments aligned with CEO priorities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role (supporting senior leadership preferred)
