Key Responsibilities

Strategic Support

  • Partner with the MD in business planning, strategy reviews, and execution tracking.
  • Prepare management dashboards, MIS reports, and performance summaries for board and leadership meetings.
  • Conduct research and provide insights on industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.
  • Draft presentations, proposals, and communication for high-level stakeholders.

 

Calendar & Communication Management

  • Manage the MD's calendar, appointments, and travel with precision.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Draft and review correspondence, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
  • Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

 

Governance & Execution

  • Track weekly lead generation activities and prepare monthly summaries for the MD.
  • Follow up on meeting action items and ensure timely closure.
  • Coordinate with multiple departments to align deliverables with organizational priorities.
  • Support vendor management, office coordination, and external agency interactions.

 

Skills & Competencies

  • Strategic Thinking – Ability to connect day-to-day operations with long-term business goals.
  • Analytical Skills – Strong capability in preparing MIS, dashboards, and performance reports.
  • Communication – Excellent written and verbal communication for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Confidentiality – High integrity in handling sensitive information.
  • Execution Discipline – Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

 

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support
  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Diary Management
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in using standard office tools and scheduling software
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Experience in similar roles or industries is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
