Key Responsibilities
Strategic Support
- Partner with the MD in business planning, strategy reviews, and execution tracking.
- Prepare management dashboards, MIS reports, and performance summaries for board and leadership meetings.
- Conduct research and provide insights on industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.
- Draft presentations, proposals, and communication for high-level stakeholders.
Calendar & Communication Management
- Manage the MD's calendar, appointments, and travel with precision.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
- Draft and review correspondence, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
- Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Governance & Execution
- Track weekly lead generation activities and prepare monthly summaries for the MD.
- Follow up on meeting action items and ensure timely closure.
- Coordinate with multiple departments to align deliverables with organizational priorities.
- Support vendor management, office coordination, and external agency interactions.

Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Diary Management
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in using standard office tools and scheduling software
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Experience in similar roles or industries is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
