Role Description

Lars Medicare is looking for a high-energy, intellectually curious, and strategically minded Executive Assistant to work directly with our Managing Director.

This is not a traditional administrative role. You will be a force multiplier, acting as the MD's right hand to ensure strategic priorities are executed, cross-departmental projects are on track, and the Director's office operates with peak efficiency.

Location:Sonipat, Haryana & Paschim Vihar + (6 days a week)

Reports To: Managing Director

Experience: 8+ Years (Ideal for MBAs or Management Consultants)

4. Executive Office Optimization + Report Building, Analyzing

Who you are

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering; MBA from a Tier 2 institute is strongly preferred.
• Experience: 8+ years in a strategic role, management consulting, or an executive support function.
• The Swiss Army Knife Mindset: You are comfortable jumping from a financial spreadsheet to a production update to a marketing pitch in the same hour.
• Discretion: You handle sensitive company information with the highest level of integrity.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
