EA to MD

Location - Kandla

Experience - 3+ years

We are looking for an experienced and well-organizedExecutive Assistantto support our Managing Director. The ideal candidate must haveexcellent communication skills, the ability to manage the MD's complete routine, and the professionalism needed to handle confidential and time-sensitive tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the MD's daily schedule, meetings, and appointments.
  • Coordinate communications, emails, and follow-ups on behalf of the MD.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes.
  • Handle travel arrangements and logistical requirements.
  • Act as a reliable point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Ensure smooth workflow by tracking action items and deadlines.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • 37 years of experience as an EA/PA or in administrative support.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
