We are looking for an experienced and well-organizedExecutive Assistantto support our Managing Director. The ideal candidate must haveexcellent communication skills, the ability to manage the MD's complete routine, and the professionalism needed to handle confidential and time-sensitive tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the MD's daily schedule, meetings, and appointments.
- Coordinate communications, emails, and follow-ups on behalf of the MD.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes.
- Handle travel arrangements and logistical requirements.
- Act as a reliable point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
- Ensure smooth workflow by tracking action items and deadlines.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- 37 years of experience as an EA/PA or in administrative support.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
