Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat for an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative and executive support tasks, including calendar and diary management, scheduling meetings, email correspondence. The role involves coordinating with various departments, managing communications, and ensuring the Managing Director's schedule and priorities are efficiently organized. The chosen candidate will also assist in planning and executing special projects and ensure confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support
  • Experience - 2 to 3 Years
  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance, including schedule management
  • Exceptional written and verbal Communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking effectively
  • Discretion and ability to handle confidential information
  • Proficiency in office software tools and digital communication platforms
  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred
