DPL delivers tailored infrastructure development solutions and undertakes operations contracts to meet diverse customer needs. Currently, the company manages approximately2,800 sites across India and collaborates with major industrial partners, including UltraTech Cement, Jai Balaji Group, and several reputed clients in infrastructure and manufacturing.
Role Description The Executive Assistant to Managing Director is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role supports the Managing Director with day-to-day executive and administrative tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing travel, and coordinating internal and external communications. The Executive Assistant prepares reports, presentations, and documentation, maintains confidential records, and ensures follow-up on key action items and deadlines. The role also involves liaising with clients and internal stakeholders, organizing meetings and events, and helping streamline office operations to enable the Managing Director to focus on strategic priorities.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills, with experience supporting senior leadership.
- Candidates should possess solid Administrative Assistance skills, including document management, meeting coordination, and task prioritization.
- Candidates should possess effective Diary Management skills, including calendar planning, scheduling, and time management for the Managing Director.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with digital collaboration tools.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism in managing confidential information.
- Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant in a corporate or infrastructure-related environment is an advantage.
