About the Role:-

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to the CEO to provide executive, administrative, and coordination support. You will manage the CEO's schedule, travel, meetings, events, stakeholder communication, and confidential information, ensuring smooth execution of key priorities.

What You'll Do:-

  • Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, meetings, appointments, and commitments
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including leadership discussions and client interactions
  • Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, transportation, and itineraries
  • Manage CEO expenses, documentation, and reimbursements, in coordination with the Finance team
  • Plan and coordinate corporate events, conferences, meetings, and offsites involving the CEO
  • Manage visitors, client meetings, agendas, hospitality, and follow-up actions
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO, internal teams, clients, partners, and external stakeholders
  • Draft and coordinate emails, presentations, reports, meeting agendas, and minutes
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive business and executive information
  • Support the CEO with strategic initiatives, special projects, and business assignments
  • Track action items and ensure timely follow-ups and completion
  • Anticipate the CEO's requirements and proactively resolve scheduling or operational issues

What We're Looking For:-

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Management Assistant, or in a similar role
  • Prior experience supporting senior management or C-level executives is preferred

  • Strong multitasking, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
