Job Description

One of our reputed client, a Jewellery Manufacturing Unit at Sitapura, Jaipur is looking for Executive Assistant to work from office.

Experience: 3 to 10 Years

Gender: Male / Female (any)

Job Location: Sitapura, Jaipur

Role & responsibilities

Job Summary -

The Candidate will provide high-level administrative, travel, and operational support to senior leadership. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, and hands-on experience in managing Office of the General Manager.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage corporate and personal credit cards
  • Track reward points, miles, and benefits across multiple cards
  • Handle timely redemption of points for flights, hotels, upgrades, vouchers, etc.
  • Monitor statements, expenses, due dates, and coordinate with finance for reconciliation

Travel & Logistics

  • Plan and book domestic and international travel (flights, hotels, visas, ground transport)
  • Prepare detailed travel itineraries
  • Manage travel-relatedRecords

Documentation Management

  • Maintain organized digital and physical records (agreements, IDs, travel documents, visas)
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and other documents

Executive Support

  • Manage executive calendars, meetings, and appointments
  • Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
  • Screen emails, calls, and correspondence; prioritize responses
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing notes

  • Proficiency in calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting planning.
  • Strong English and Hindi communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High level of professionalism and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Familiarity with expense tracking and documentation tools
