Role Overview

As an Executive Assistant to Founder – Intern, you will work directly with the Founder and leadership team, supporting high-impact business priorities across strategy, operations, partnerships, product, and growth initiatives.

This is not a conventional internship. It is an opportunity to gain front-row exposure to startup leadership, decision-making, and business execution in a fast-scaling environment.

You will play a critical role in enabling seamless execution across functions, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring strategic priorities move forward with speed and precision.

Key ResponsibilitiesFounder's Office & Strategic Execution
  • Work directly with the Founder on high-priority business initiatives, strategic planning, and execution
  • Support cross-functional projects spanning growth, operations, product, partnerships, and brand
  • Track critical business priorities and ensure timely follow-through across teams
Business Research & Insights
  • Conduct market intelligence, competitor benchmarking, and industry research to identify opportunities and risks
  • Prepare structured insights and recommendations to support business decisions and expansion strategies
Reporting & Analytical Support
  • Monitor key business metrics and assist in creating performance dashboards, reports, and business reviews
  • Support data-backed decision-making through analysis and operational tracking
Stakeholder Coordination
  • Act as a coordination bridge between marketing, operations, product, and external stakeholders
  • Ensure clarity, accountability, and seamless communication across functions
Business Communication & Documentation
  • Assist in preparing presentations, strategic documents, investor materials, partnership decks, and executive summaries
  • Maintain structured documentation and meeting records for effective execution
Special Projects
  • Support initiatives related to brand collaborations, events, partnerships, and founder-led priorities
  • Contribute to ad-hoc strategic assignments critical to company growth
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree (or pursuing final year) in Business, Economics, Marketing, Management, or related disciplines
  • Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
  • Strong analytical mindset with working proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets / PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail with strong problem-solving capability
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with maturity and discretion
