About Role:

Location - Baner, Pune

This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the Director and leadership team, playing a critical part in driving operational efficiency, communication, and digital initiatives across the group.

As an Executive Assistant, you will go beyond traditional administrative responsibilities and act as a strategic enabler-supporting leadership in day-to-day execution, managing high-level stakeholder interactions, and ensuring seamless coordination across internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day activities and execution
  • Day-to-day Communication across stakeholders and C-Suite Efficient planning, management, and scheduling of daily tasks Correspondence with our digital marketing agency
  • Convey required information regarding Social Media Posts, internal design work, website updates, etc.

Organisational skills:

  • Managing planning and communications for day-to-day tasks as well as events.
  • Calendar Management- Managing the c-suite calendar and meeting schedules. Time

Management Critical Skills: -

  • Should have exp. In handling office-management duties, making travel arrangements, handling calendar events, organizing reports and documents, answering phone calls, setting up meetings, screening visitors, and many more similar duties.
  • Should have at least 2-7 years exp. as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
  • Technology savvy- Basic understanding of MS office and Social Media Platforms (Instagram and LinkedIn)
  • Should have the ability to pay attention to detail and stay organized, and strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Educational Qualification: -

  • Any Graduate/Post Graduate

Job Requirement:

  • Basic Grasp of the English language- To be able to communicate with internal as well as external stakeholders.
  • Multitasking
  • Technology savvy- Basic understanding of MS office and Social Media Platforms (Instagram and LinkedIn)
  • Great interpersonal skills.
