Executive Assistant to Founder

Echo is a growth agency for the top 1% of Founders and VCs.

We help world-class founders share their story on curated podcasts and we're quietly building the full-stack growth engine for founders and venture funds.

We're looking for a Executive Assistant to help us scale without losing speed. Someone who can bring clarity, structure, and rhythm to a fast-moving team.

Who you are: You've either done this at a high level or you're early but bring sharp taste, relentless drive, and the capacity to grow at startup speed. You think in systems, spot inefficiencies fast, and love turning chaos into clean, repeatable process.

What you will do: Own our pipeline, oversee founder onboarding, coordinate client delivery, and keep everything running smooth across Notion, Airtable, and Slack. You'll sit at the center of Echo's engine connecting creative, operations, and client teams to make sure we ship fast and clean.
