Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced, highly organized, and dynamic Executive Assistant to support senior executives operating in a fast-paced, global environment. This is a critical role where you will act as a trusted partner, enabling leadership to operate at their best across multiple time zones and regions.

You will play a key role in shaping executive productivity, driving coordination across teams, and ensuring a world-class experience for both internal and external stakeholders.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as a strategic partner to senior executives, ensuring their time, priorities, and engagements are managed efficiently.
  • Own and manage complex, global calendars, coordinating across time zones and ensuring smooth scheduling of meetings and commitments.
  • Plan and execute seamless domestic and international travel, including itineraries, logistics, and last-minute changes.
  • Act as a primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and strong relationships.
  • Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and communications that reflect executive-level standards.
  • Stay one step ahead -anticipate needs, identify potential challenges, and proactively solve them.
  • Support leadership meetings, including agenda planning, coordination, and follow-ups.
  • Drive coordination across global teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication.
  • Manage confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Support executive outreach, events, and external engagements.
  • Oversee administrative processes such as expenses, documentation, and reporting with accuracy.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by being a reliable, responsive, and solution-oriented presence.

What We're Looking For


  • 10- 15 years of experience supporting senior or C-level executives in a fast-paced global environment.
  • Proven ability to manage complex schedules and global coordination with executive level leadership.
  • Strong experience handling international travel logistics and immigration formalities, both directly and through travel desk/partners
  • Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
  • A dynamic, proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and act swiftly.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Comfort working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Multilingual skills are a plus.
