Executive Assistant to Director

Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Director Chandigarh in daily operations. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating strong administrative skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Director's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
• Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas and take notes during meetings as required.
• Coordinate logistics for events and meetings, including booking venues and catering services.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Act as a point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
• Perform research and gather information to assist the Director in decision-making.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with project management tools and software is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
