Executive Assistant – Job Description
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to senior executives, ensuring efficient operation of the executive office. This role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Arrange travel, accommodations, and itineraries
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of executives
- Serve as a point of contact between executives, employees, clients, and external partners
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Organize meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes
- Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and requests
- Assist with project coordination and follow-ups
- Maintain filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping
