Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the Directors calendar: schedule, prioritise, and resolve conflicts while preparing agendas and briefing packs for each meeting.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics end-to-end, including itineraries, visas, accommodation, and timely expense reconciliation.
- Prepare and edit executive-ready presentations, reports and summaries using PowerPoint and Excel; ensure materials are accurate and concise.
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders: triage email/phone communications, coordinate follow-ups, and escalate issues as needed.
- Capture meeting minutes, track action items, and maintain systems to ensure timely closure and visibility of commitments.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion; manage document filing, vendor liaison and small-office logistics for the Directors office.
