Job Summary
The Executive Assistant to the Director provides high-level administrative and strategic support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective time management for the Director. This role requires discretion, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, and meetings
Organize travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, itineraries)
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
Act as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders
Screen calls, emails, and messages, prioritizing as needed
Draft and respond to communications on behalf of the Director
Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events
Prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items
Track progress on key decisions and initiatives
- Project & Task Management
Assist in managing special projects and deadlines
Follow up with departments to ensure timely execution
Maintain records, files, and documentation
- Confidentiality & Discretion
Handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality
Support the Director in strategic and personal matters when required
