We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Director. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure the Director's office runs smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Director.
  • Manage the Director's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Prepare and organize documents and reports for meetings.
  • Handle communications on behalf of the Director, including emails and phone calls.
  • Assist in project management and tracking deliverables as needed.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for the Director.
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all matters.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
