Roles and Responsibilities:- Being the point of contact between the director and associates, employees, clients and other external partners
- Manage calendars and set up meetings
- Prepare internal and external communication letters, emails, presentations, screen and direct phone calls
- Keep tabs on minutes during meetings & their follow-up
- Handle travel and accommodation arrangementsEnsure an organized record keeping system
- Be a complete one point contact support for director's work needs
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: Min. 3 Years
