Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize the calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and schedule team meetings.
- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate collaboration on various marketing initiatives.
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the CMO.
- Draft and proofread emails, memos, and other documents.
- Prepare materials for the marketing team, including briefing documents, updates, and status reports.
- Organize and maintain data and performance metrics related to marketing campaigns.
- Book and coordinate travel arrangements for the CMO, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Skills and Qualities:
- Exceptional time management abilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interact with a wide variety of individuals, both inside and outside of the organization.
- Accurate document preparation, meeting minutes, and data management are crucial.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Google Workspace etc.
- Candidate should have completed master's.
Experience:
3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably supporting senior executives in marketing or related functions.
