Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Meerut for an Executive Assistant to the Founder & Chief Executive Officer.
Requirements
- Manage and coordinate the CEO's calendar, meetings, appointments, travel plans, and daily priorities efficiently
- Handle confidential communication, business correspondence, meeting notes, reports, and act as a bridge between the CEO, management, clients, schools, vendors, and key stakeholders
- Organise Board meetings, executive discussions, presentations, agendas, minutes of meetings, and documentation
- Assist in travel planning, reimbursements, executive scheduling, and administrative coordination
- Anticipate priorities, track commitments, deadlines, action points, and follow-ups to ensure smooth execution of leadership responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal departments for seamless communication, timely execution, and operational efficiency
- Support event management, executive meetings, retreats, and organisational activities
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and strong organisational discipline in all executive matters
Experience & Qualification
- Minimum 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a leadership support role
- Strong experience in executive coordination, communication handling, stakeholder management, and administrative operations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with professional etiquette
- Graduate required; MBA or equivalent qualification preferred
