Role Overview:
Parul University is seeking a highly efficient and professional Executive Assistant to the CEO who can provide strategic, administrative, and operational support. The role requires exceptional organizational and communication skills to manage the CEO's daily operations, coordinate multi-departmental activities, and ensure timely execution of institutional priorities. The EA will serve as a key liaison between the CEO and internal teams, enabling focus on high-level decision-making and institutional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate travel and logistics.
- Act as the communication bridge between the CEO and senior leadership, faculty, departments, and external stakeholders.
- Track and follow up on action items, reports, and deliverables arising from leadership meetings.
- Prepare presentations, meeting notes, reports, and official correspondence as required.
- Provide executive-level administrative support with high confidentiality and discretion.
- Align and coordinate the strategic plans and operational updates of departments directly overseen by the CEO, such as Branding, Outreach, Digital Marketing, Events, and Content Communications.
- Ensure regular follow-ups, performance tracking, and consolidated reporting from these departments for CEO review.
- Support the CEO in driving cross-functional initiatives and institutional communications.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field
- 35 years of experience in executive support roles, preferably supporting CXOs or institutional leadership
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and coordination tools like Google Workspace, project trackers, etc.
- High levels of discretion, time management, and stakeholder coordination
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
