We are now looking for a dynamic and ambitious Executive Assistant to directly support our CEO. This is a high-visibility, strategic role offering direct exposure to leadership decision-making, client interactions, and cross-functional projects.
Role OverviewThe Executive Assistant to the CEO will act as an extension of the CEO's officedriving efficiency, enabling smooth coordination across leadership teams, and strengthening external relationships with high-value clients and partners.

Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support- Manage and prioritize the CEO's calendar, appointments, and travel schedules.
- Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and reports for leadership and client meetings.
- Track, follow up, and ensure timely closure of key action items.
Client & Partner Coordination- Act as the first point of contact for top-tier clients and partners.
- Organize, schedule, and document high-level client interactions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with a solutions-driven approach.
Internal Leadership Liaison- Coordinate seamlessly between the CEO and functional heads for project execution.
- Ensure regular updates, MIS, and reports on strategic initiatives.
Corporate Communication & Branding- Draft professional correspondence, proposals, and CEO-level communications.
- Assist in preparing thought-leadership content, investor decks, and corporate announcements.
- Contribute to the CEO's public positioning via speeches and external communications.
Travel & Event Management- Plan and coordinate domestic travel itineraries for the CEO.
- Support in organizing leadership off-sites, board meetings, and client summits.
Qualifications & Skills- Bachelor's/Master's in Finance, Legal, Business, or Technology (MBA preferred).
- 35 years experience as an Executive Assistant, Client Servicing Executive, or Management Trainee.
- Strong business communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace and business productivity tools.
- Professional demeanor, confidentiality, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently across metro cities.
Compensation & Perks- Base Salary: 810 LPA
