Job Description :-

We are looking for a highly proactive, organised, and tech-savvy Executive Assistant to the CEO who will serve as a trusted partner to the CEO in managing day-to-day operations, strategic priorities, and executive communications. This is a high-impact role that offers direct exposure to leadership, business strategy, and cross-functional execution. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, strong business acumen, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, travel schedules, and daily priorities.
  • Handle the CEO's emails, business correspondence, and follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with department heads to track key initiatives, deliverables, and business updates.
  • Prepare presentations, business reports, dashboards, meeting agendas, and minutes.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business research using AI tools.
  • Track strategic projects and ensure timely execution across multiple teams.
  • Act as a bridge between the CEO and various departments to ensure seamless communication and execution.
  • Prepare briefing notes, summaries, and decision-support documents for leadership meetings.
  • Assist the CEO in business planning, operational reviews, and strategic initiatives.
  • Manage confidential documents, sensitive information, and executive records with complete discretion.
  • Coordinate board meetings, leadership reviews, and executive-level discussions.
  • Drive special projects and process improvement initiatives assigned by the CEO.

Requirements :-

  • 1–3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Executive Coordinator, Business Operations Executive, or in a similar role supporting senior leadership.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong command of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and other productivity tools.
  • Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills.
  • Strong PowerPoint and presentation development skills.
  • Excellent organisational, planning, and multitasking abilities.
  • High ownership, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong documentation, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to maintain complete confidentiality and professionalism.

Preferred Profile :-

  • Experience supporting a CEO, Founder, CXO, or senior leadership team.
  • Exposure to business operations, strategy, project management, or cross-functional coordination.
  • Strong analytical, research, and decision-support capabilities.
  • Experience working in startups, D2C, FMCG, healthcare, or fast-growing organizations is preferred.
  • A proactive, execution-focused mindset with a willingness to take ownership.
