We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Assistant to the CEO who will provide high-level administrative and operational support. The ideal candidate will act as a key point of coordination between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning and effective time management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal teams, clients, and external partners.
- Prepare presentations, reports, MOMs, and business correspondence.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Coordinate leadership meetings, board meetings, and follow-ups on action items.
- Screen calls, emails, and prioritize communications.
- Assist in planning company events, reviews, and strategic meetings.
- Track tasks, deadlines, and ensure timely execution of commitments.
- Support special projects and business initiatives as assigned by the CEO.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing systems
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 36 years of experience as an Executive Assistant / PA to senior leadership.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented.
