About the role
This is a high-trust, high-impact role functioning as the CEO's operational right hand. The EA acts as the nerve centre of the CEO's Office, managing board, investor, government, and internal leadership interactions.
Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling, and prioritization of meetings to ensure optimal use of time.
- Prepare briefing notes, agendas, and follow-ups for internal and external meetings.
- Handle CEO communications including emails, correspondence, and LinkedIN presence.
- Plan and manage domestic and international travel, including end-to-end logistics, itineraries, and coordination.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, investor decks, and board materials with attention to detail and clarity.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive documents, communications, and executive information.
- Coordinate with key stakeholders including board members, investors, government officials, and leadership teams.
- Track action items from meetings, ensuring timely follow-ups and execution across teams.
- Support strategic initiatives by coordinating across departments and ensuring alignment with leadership priorities.
- Manage CEO office operations, including vendor coordination, expense tracking, and administrative processes.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the CEO's Office through proactive planning and problem-solving.
Qualification
- 8 –15 years of experience supporting CXO-level executives in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
- Prior exposure to defence, startups, consulting, or government ecosystems is preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact with senior stakeholders.
- High proficiency in MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and collaboration platforms.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to support executive-level decision-making through structured inputs.
