Job Description

EA & Chief of Staff - Founder's Office

Summary

We are looking for a highly driven and business-oriented professional to join the Founders Office and work closely with the leadership team. This role combines business operations, project management, financial analysis, and executive support.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

  • Manage the founders calendars, meetings, travel, and key business commitments.
  • Prioritize schedules and coordinate activities to maximize leadership effectiveness.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Coordinate leadership meetings, business reviews, and governance processes.

Strategic & Business Support

  • Partner with the founders to drive strategic and operational initiatives across the organization.
  • Track business performance, monitor key metrics, and prepare management reports to support decision-making.
  • Conduct market, industry, competitor, and business research to provide actionable insights.

Project Management & Execution

  • Lead and coordinate special projects and cross-functional initiatives on behalf of the founders.
  • Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure successful execution.
  • Drive accountability by tracking action items and follow-ups arising from leadership meetings.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, partners, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Represent the founders professionally in internal and external interactions.

Communication & Presentation

  • Prepare executive presentations, reports, dashboards, and strategic documents for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support leadership communication by developing high-quality business content and presentations.

Desired Profile

The ideal candidate should possess strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. They should demonstrate a high level of ownership, initiative, attention to detail, and problem-solving capability, along with strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office applications.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • 3–5years of experience in Founders Office, or as a EA
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen with the ability to interpret data and generate business insights.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with AI tools, business intelligence platforms, and productivity tools will be an advantage.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in handling sensitive business matters.
