About the Role

This is a full time on site role as an Executive Assistant to Partner's office at K C Mehta & Co LLP in Vadodara. The role involves tasks such as executive administrative assistance, managing communications, invoicing, payment follow-ups, reimbursements, managing expense reports, providing executive support and maintaining the Partner's calendar.

Responsibilities

  • Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Executive Support and Administrative Assistance Skills
  • Experience in handling reimbursement reports, expense reports.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in drafting emails and documents
  • Highly skilled in using MS Office.
  • Attention to details and organizational skills

Experience

  • Fresher (completed graduation) or 1- 2 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Confidentiality and trustworthiness are crucial.
