Role Overview
The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive secretarial, administrative, and HR support to the Directors of SRP Group. The role involves managing schedules, correspondence, recruitment coordination, and digital presence while ensuring smooth communication across group companies. The ideal candidate will be proactive, tech-savvy, and capable of handling sensitive information with utmost confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
Secretarial & Administrative Support
- Act as the primary point of contact between Directors and internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage and maintain Directors calendars, appointments, and travel schedules.
- Draft, review, and manage official correspondence, emails, and reports.
- Organize and prepare agendas, minutes, and presentations for board and management meetings.
- Follow up on action points and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Maintain proper filing systems (digital and physical) for easy retrieval of records and confidential documents.
- Support Directors in project coordination, MIS reports, and business updates.
- Handle visitors, calls, and client interactions with professionalism and discretion.
HR & Recruitment Activities
- Assist in recruitment by screening and shortlisting profiles from job portals, LinkedIn, and other sources.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews (online/offline) at Head Office.
- Liaise with candidates and panel members to ensure smooth interview processes.
- Maintain candidate records and support onboarding formalities when required.
Digital & Tech-Savvy Support
- Manage and update the company's LinkedIn page and assist in enhancing the corporate digital presence.
- Provide basic website management support (updating content, liaising with developers if required).
- Ensure effective use of digital tools for communication, collaboration, and record-keeping.
Desired Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in any discipline; secretarial/administration certification preferred.
- 510 years of experience in secretarial/administrative/HR roles, preferably supporting senior management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, website CMS).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
