Job Title: Executive Assistant ( Women candidates )

Location: Kanakapura Road , bangalore

Department: Administration / Customer Relations

Reports To: Director

Job Overview

Jain Farms is seeking a highly organized and resourceful Executive Assistant to directly

support the Director while also managing customer queries and ensuring their timely

resolution through the right departments. The role requires a professional who can balance

the dual responsibilities of providing administrative support at the leadership level and acting

as the communication bridge between customers and internal teams.

This position demands discretion, follow-up discipline, customer orientation, and the ability to

multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Assistant to the Director

  • Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation as required.
  • Handle confidential correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
  • Assist in meetings by taking notes, preparing agendas, and following up on action

points.

  • Act as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.

Customer Query & Coordination.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer queries and concerns.
  • Escalate and route issues to the appropriate department and ensure timely closure.
  • Track and follow up on customer commitments made by various teams.
  • Maintain updated customer records and communications in the CRM system.
  • Draft professional responses, emails, and updates to customers on behalf of the

Director.

  • Prepare periodic reports on query resolution and customer satisfaction for Director's

review.

  • Ensure smooth coordination across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations

teams to deliver a high-quality customer experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Customer Service

Coordinator, or similar role.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of regional

languages is an advantage).

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, or equivalent).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • High sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and follow-up discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in real estate, hospitality, or lifestyle project industries.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field.
