We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive team in India. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Manage executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations.
  • Assist in project management and coordinate tasks with various teams.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
