Job Title: Project Manager cum Executive Assistant - CRO
Location: Gurgaon
Job Summary: The Project Manager provides high-level support to the executive ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the office. This role requires a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.
What You'll be Responsible for
Project Management:
- Collaborate with Management and the Business Strategy team to model, analyse, and synthesize data related to Sales, Products, New Initiatives, and Growth Strategies (both organic and inorganic).
- Responsible for creating business presentations and reports to support board and management presentations.
- Provide analytical inputs, market intelligence, and data support to management & sales leads for key strategic and operational decisions.
- Track review and update on multiple projects running in parallel.
- Should be well versed with ARO concept (Accountability, Responsibility & Ownership).
- Work on Market Research on their own or can collaborate with Internal stakeholders or External consultants as required to organize the required report / data
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as required by the executive.
- Track project progress and deadlines, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Work with Team members to complete cross functional tasks
Client and Stakeholder Relations:
- Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Foster positive relationships and communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members
Administrative Support:
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel coordination.
- Act as an executive's point of contact for Internal Team Members, clients, and all external parties as required.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics and materials preparation.
What You'd have
- Education: Postgraduate / Management degree is must or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Proven 6-7 years of experience into Project management cum Assistant or similar role.
- Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of strategy formulation and P&L management.
- Proficiency in data comprehension, analytical reasoning, and insight generation.
- Solid financial acumen and a strong understanding of numbers.
- Strong experience in supporting senior executives or Top-level management is preferred.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
