Job Title: Executive Assistant
Job Responsibilities
- To provide administrative support to CTO to manage his appointments, schedules and to keep his calendar up to date
- To act as a point of contact and organize meetings with Department managers, clients and other team members. Preparation and communication of the agenda of the regular meetings
- To manage CTO's correspondence and respond to invitations, circulars and post
- Maintaining files and records
- Making reports
- Managing travel bookings and stay arrangements whenever required
- Manage confidential information and maintain strict confidentiality at all times
Education, Experience And Skill Sets Needed
- Graduate
- Min 3+ yrs of experience as an Assistant or Secretary plus some experience handling office admin responsibilities
- Good Time Management skills
- Good with Follow-up and Coordination
- Good communication Skills
- Should be presentable, confident and multitasker
- Self Motivated and has good logical skills
- Proactive and detail-oriented
- Good with MS Office
