1. To provide administrative support to CTO to manage his appointments, schedules and to keep his calendar up to date
2. To act as a point of contact and organize meetings with Department managers, clients and other team members. Preparation and communication of the agenda of the regular meetings
3. To manage CTOs correspondence and respond to invitations, circulars and post
4. Maintaining files and records
5. Making reports
6. Managing travel bookings and stay arrangements whenever required
7. Manage confidential information and maintain strict confidentiality at all times
Education, experience and skill sets needed:
- Graduate
- Min 3+ yrs of experience as an Assistant or Secretary plus some experience handling office admin responsibilities
- Good Time Management skills
- Good with Follow-up and Coordination
- Good communication Skills
- Should be presentable, confident and multitasker
- Self Motivated and has good logical skills
- Proactive and detail-oriented
- Good with MS Office
