Job Description

The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for high level executives. They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations.

Responsibilities

  • Calendar management for executives
  • Aid executive in preparing for meetings
  • Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of Managing Director
  • Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Sales: Proactively identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Customer Engagement: Present, demonstrate, and sell company products/services to potential clients.
  • Negotiation & Closing:
  • Prepare, negotiate, and finalize contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify growth opportunities.
  • Administrative Reporting: Maintain accurate records in CRM software, including sales activities and forecasting
  • Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
    • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
    • Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills

    Salary Range - 30,000/- p.m.to 50,000/- p.m
