Job Description

Location: Gurugram

Salary : 35K - 45K

Experience : 1-5 yrs

Role Overview : We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive

Assistant to support senior leadership in managing daily operations, communication, and strategic

priorities. The ideal candidate should be resourceful, discreet, and capable of handling multiple

responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Calendar & Schedule Management

Manage and prioritize executive calendars

Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

Coordinate internal and external meetings

2. Communication & Coordination

Act as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders

Draft emails, presentations, and reports

Handle confidential information with discretion

3. Meeting & Follow-ups

Prepare meeting agendas and take MOM (Minutes of Meeting)

Track action items and ensure timely follow-ups

Coordinate cross-functional communication

4. Administrative Support

Maintain documents, reports, and records

Support in vendor coordination and office management tasks

Assist in project coordination as required

5. Strategic Support

Conduct basic research and data compilation

Support leadership in execution of strategic initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline

15 years of experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace

High level of professionalism and confidentiality
