Job Description

Job Responsibilities

●       Daily follow-up on pending tasks and operational activities

●       Handle calls, emails, and routine business communication

●       Coordinate with customers, banks, and internal teams

●       Maintain daily task trackers and status reports

●       Schedule meetings, appointments, and reminders

●       Assist in banking-related coordination and document submissions

●       Maintain records, files, and office documentation

●       Prepare and manage Excel sheets, reports, and MIS updates

●       Support day-to-day administrative and operational activities

●       Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and follow-ups

Required Skills

●       Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel

●       Good command over MS Office

●       Professional email drafting and management skills

●       Good English communication (written & verbal)

●       Strong follow-up and coordination ability

●       Good organizational and multitasking skills

●       Professional communication and reporting capability

●       Basic understanding of office administration and documentation

Preferred Profile

●       1–5 years of experience in Executive Assistance, Operations Coordination, Office Administration, or Business Support roles

●       Candidates from manufacturing, electronics, telecom, industrial, or corporate office background preferred
