Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and reliable Executive Assistant to the Director to provide high-
level administrative support and ensure smooth coordination across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the Director's daily calendar, including scheduling meetings,
appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the Director with
professionalism and discretion.
- Prepare and organize meeting agendas, minutes of meetings (MOMs), reports, and
presentations.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare documents or briefs for decision-
making.
- Maintain confidential records and sensitive information with the highest level of
integrity.
- Monitor follow-ups and ensure timely completion of tasks assigned by the Director.
- Support the Director in strategic initiatives and project coordination.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills with a professional
and proactive attitude.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, able to handle confidential
information with discretion.
- Proficient in MS Office and other document management tools, capable of working
efficiently under pressure.
Qualifications & Experience
> Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
(Master's preferred) with 35 years of relevant experience.
> Experience supporting C-level executives or directors in a corporate setting is a plus.
