Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly proactive and dependable Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to support the Founder in both professional and personal capacities. This role requires someone who can seamlessly manage day-to-day operations, travel, scheduling, and personal errands with high efficiency and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Travel Management (Primary Focus)
  • End-to-end travel planning (domestic & international) including flights, hotels, visas, and itineraries
  • Handle last-minute changes and ensure smooth travel experiences
  • Maintain detailed travel plans and expense tracking
  • Personal & Administrative Support
  • Handle personal tasks and errands for the Founder
  • Manage confidential documents, records, and communication
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and household staff if required
  • Communication & Coordination
  • Act as a point of contact between the Founder and internal/external stakeholders
  • Draft emails, messages, and basic reports
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of tasks
  • Miscellaneous Support
  • Assist in event planning (personal/professional)
  • Manage expenses, reimbursements, and basic MIS tracking
  • Be available for urgent or after-hours support when needed

  • Proven experience 9-12 years as an EA/PA supporting senior leadership or founders
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication (verbal & written)
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel if required
