Role Overview
We are looking for a highly proactive and dependable Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to support the Founder in both professional and personal capacities. This role requires someone who can seamlessly manage day-to-day operations, travel, scheduling, and personal errands with high efficiency and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel Management (Primary Focus)
- End-to-end travel planning (domestic & international) including flights, hotels, visas, and itineraries
- Handle last-minute changes and ensure smooth travel experiences
- Maintain detailed travel plans and expense tracking
- Personal & Administrative Support
- Handle personal tasks and errands for the Founder
- Manage confidential documents, records, and communication
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and household staff if required
- Communication & Coordination
- Act as a point of contact between the Founder and internal/external stakeholders
- Draft emails, messages, and basic reports
- Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of tasks
- Miscellaneous Support
- Assist in event planning (personal/professional)
- Manage expenses, reimbursements, and basic MIS tracking
- Be available for urgent or after-hours support when needed
The Ideal Noisemaker:
- Proven experience 9-12 years as an EA/PA supporting senior leadership or founders
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication (verbal & written)
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Flexibility and willingness to travel if required
