Job Summary
The Executive Assistant will be a key support pillar for the Managing Director, ensuring the smooth
execution of his professional commitments and strategic business operations. As the first point of
contact for the MD, the candidate will handle high-level coordination between the MD's office and
various design verticals, royal heritage projects, and luxury brand partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Calendar Management: Strategically manage the MD's daily and long-term
schedule, ensuring time is prioritized for critical business decisions and creative sessions.
- Operational Support: Track and follow up on key deliverables across departments (Design,
Production, Retail) to ensure the MD's vision is executed on time.
- High-Stakes Communication: Draft, review, and manage confidential correspondence,
emails, and reports. Act as a professional liaison for high-profile clients, celebrities, and global
luxury associates.
- Travel & Logistics: Coordinate detailed international and domestic travel itineraries, often
involving multiple stops for fashion events, store launches, and bespoke appointments.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare briefings, meeting minutes, and presentations.
Maintain an organized digital and physical filing system for the MD's office.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 3 years as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a
similar high-level administrative role, ideally within the luxury, fashion, or lifestyle industry.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to commute to Delhi/Gurgaon.
- Skills:
- Expertise in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and modern organizational
tools.
- Superior verbal and written English communication with a polished, professional
demeanor.
- Strong multitasking ability and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Attributes: High level of discretion and integrity when handling sensitive brand information
and VIP clientele.
