- Manage calendars, appointments, household staff, and personal errands while ensuring seamless coordination of both professional and personal commitments.
- Arrange complex domestic/international travel, plan itineraries, and organize private or corporate events with vendors and guests.
- Handle correspondence, communication, meeting follow‑ups, expense tracking, bill payments, and liaise with accountants, lawyers, and wealth managers.
- Safeguard sensitive information, manage tax filings and financial records, and respond swiftly to urgent issues with discretion and professionalism.
Requirements
- Degree in business, management, communications, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of Personal Assistant experience supporting senior executives or high‑net‑worth individuals.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, calendar management, and modern communication tools.
