Objective:
To provide high-level executive support to the Director by managing schedules, coordinating key business operations, and facilitating seamless communication. Ensure efficient workflow, handle confidential matters with discretion, and assist in strategic decision making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain the Director's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders; draft and review emails, reports, and presentations.
- Prepare agendas, minutes, and action plans for key meetings; ensure follow-ups are executed efficiently.
- Assist in strategic projects related to real estate transactions, property management, and development initiatives.
- Manage confidential records, reports, and legal documents related to real estate transactions while maintaining organizational efficiency.
- Liaise with senior executives, clients, vendors, and team members on behalf of the Director.
- Handle office-related administrative tasks, including expense management, vendor coordination, and event planning.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and execution of MD's directives.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant in a real estate or similar industry.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and real estate
- management software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
