What You'll Do

As theExecutive Assistant Manager, you will:

  • Driveoperational excellenceacross Rooms Division / Food and Beverage, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
  • Partner with theGeneral Managerto achieve financial goals, optimize resources, and boost profitability.
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of engagement and service excellence.
  • Championguest satisfactionby elevating service standards and driving NPS outcomes.
  • Ensureaudit readiness, compliance, and adherence to brand standards.
  • Overseeevents, functions, and conferenceswith precision and creativity.
  • Innovate to deliver memorable guest experiences and continuously enhance operational performance.

Who You Are

  • Currently serving as aHead of Departmentin Rooms Division / Food and Beverage operations.
  • Hold aBachelor's degreein Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Have aperformance rating of 4 or abovein your current role.
  • Possess strong financial acumen, leadership capability, and a passion for delivering world-class guest experiences.
  • Thrive in dynamic environments and are eager to take ownership of a resort in the near future.
