Founded by IIT-IIM alumni and backed by leading VCs, we're looking for an EXIM professional to join us and play a key role in managing our export and import operations.

About the Role

As an Executive / Assistant Manager – EXIM Operations, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end coordination and execution of export and import cargo and sample shipments, ensuring timely movement, accurate documentation, customs compliance, cost control and seamless stakeholder coordination.

Required Skills

• 2–3 years of experience in Export & Import Operations / EXIM / Logistics

• Hands-on experience managing export and import shipments, including Air and Ocean freight

• Working knowledge of EXIM documentation and customs clearance processes

• Experience coordinating with CHA / customs brokers, freight forwarders and transporters

• Understanding of key documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, Shipping Bill and Bill of Entry

• Strong coordination, follow-up and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to handling cargo as well as sample shipments

• Working knowledge of HS Code classification and Incoterms

• Experience in freight quotation evaluation and logistics cost management

• Familiarity with EXIM / customs-related regulatory requirements and documentation

• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, ERP or shipment tracking systems

• Experience handling shipment delays, documentation discrepancies and customs-related queries
